Story
I will be attempting the Welsh 3000s challenge on the 13th July to raise money in Leo’s memory for Hope House.
This is possibly one of the most challenging and iconic day hikes in Wales. The challenge is to summit all 15 peaks within 24 hours. From the first peak to the last the challenge is around 38-42km in length and involves 3,100m of elevation gain
All of the peaks are situated in Snowdonia National park and are spread across three mountain ranges: The Snowdon Massif, The Glyderau, and The Carneddau.

5. Y Garn, 3106ft
